Tdap, HPV, and Meningococcal - What vaccines does my child need?

HPV (human papillomavirus) vaccine is a vaccine used to help prevent cervical and oral cancers.  The following information is provided for your information from the Indiana State Department of Health regarding this important vaccine.

HPV is NOT a school required vaccine, but can help prevent the chances of cancer in your child in adulthood.  If you have questions or concerns regarding this vaccine, please contact your family physician, health department, local free health clinic or the school nurse.
