Health Services
The Westfield Washington School health clinics are staffed by licensed Registered Nurses provided by Riverview Health Network. We strive to promote healthy progressive, nurturing environments that support our students from health screenings to vaccine compliance. We work with parents/guardians and health care providers to create individual health care plans and emergency action plans specific to the individual students needs so that the student can focus on educational experiences that prepare them for a successful social, emotional and academic future.
REMEMBER each year to confirm and update your student's MEDICAL INFORMATION found on the parent portal of Powerschool in demographics before the first day of school. This allows the school nurse to review your child's medical needs and plan interventions, treatment options that meet your child's specific needs.
