Ensuring every student can access regular meals is essential, as this can impact their academic achievements. When students have enough food, they are better prepared for success and tend to perform better.

Important Information

Create a LunchTime Account

Click here
Click on “Add A Student”.
Enter the School Zip Code: 46074
Select the school your child is attending.
Enter the child’s last name and Student ID#

Student should appear with “Add A Student” to the left of his/her name.

Click on the “Add A Student”
You should now be on a page showing the student’s account; below that, you will see where to “Make a Cafeteria Deposit.”

Add Money to LunchTime Accounts

To purchase breakfast, lunch or snack at any Westfield Washington School, you must sign up through LunchTime and create an account for each child. Once enrolled, you can add money to your child(ren)'s account. They will enter their Student ID at the register and the costs of the purchase will come out of that account.

With LunchTime, you can set spending limits, prohibit you child from purchasing certain foods, set up notifications for when the account gets low and much more. Download the app below to stay up to date on your child(ren)'s account(s) or click the button above to manage it from your computer.

Manage LunchTime Accounts

You can receive notifications when your child(ren)'s lunch account balance is low.

Login to LunchTime.
Select “View/Set” Reminders
Select View next to your student's name
Enter the balance on which you would like to receive the notification.

You can restrict certain a la carte items or entrees that your child(ren) can purchase.

Login to LunchTime.
Select “Restrict Items” located under the Cafeteria Balance/Transaction Info.
Select Restrict next to your student's name for any item you do not want them to purchase.
Enter the balance you would like to receive the notification.

LunchTime Credit Card Fees

Effective August 1, a fee will be applied to all transactions made using credit cards for school-related payments including student fees and lunch accounts. This change is necessary to cover the costs associated with processing credit card transactions and to help maintain the quality of our educational services.

LunchTime will automatically add the following fees at the time of your transaction:

ACH: $1.50 for every transaction of $500.00 or less
Credit Cards: 2.3% of the transaction amount + $1.00

To avoid fees, you must make a payment using cash or check, by sending the payment in an envelope with the student's name and student ID number to school with your student, or you may drop the payment off at the main office of your child's school.

Checks should be made out to Westfield Washington Schools.

You can restricting certain items in your child(ren)'s lunch account to prevent students from overspending and depleting their lunch accounts quickly. Please see our foodservice webpage for instructions on how to do this.

Free/Reduced Lunch Application

A new application must be completed each school year. The Application for Free or Reduced Meals and Other Benefits is now available on-line by clicking the button below. Please be aware that you will be held responsible for any charges incurred if you do not apply again for the 2024-25 school year.

Please remind your child(ren) to follow the guidance below to avoid overpaying.

Meal Times

Nondiscrimination Statement. All information materials and sources, including Web sites, used by FNS, State agencies, local agencies, or other subrecipients to inform the public about FNS programs must contain a nondiscrimination statement. It is not required that the nondiscrimination statement be included on every page of the program information Web site. At the minimum, the nondiscrimination statement, or a link to it, must be included on the home page of the program information.
