Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (ADD) Insurance

Coverage for the Basic Life and AD&D policy is provided through NYL-Cigna

Teachers, Support Staff and Bus Drivers will have a $50,000 term life/ADD policy at the the cost of $1.00 annually. Administrators receive two times their annual salary.

Many life changing events may indicate the need to change the person you have designated as your beneficiary. Please complete the attached form and submit to the Benefits Coordinator at the Administration Building.
