Requesting Student Records/Transcripts

Please allow 10 school days to process your request.

Current students need to contact their school for records requests.

Graduates: 

• Class of 2022 and prior: contact Natalia Brown at brownna@wws.k12.in.us
• Class for 2023-2025: contact Kristy Hendrick at hendrickk@wws.k12.in.us 
• Class of 2026-2029: contact your counselor
• NAIA or NCAA requests: contact Kristy Hendrick at hendrickk@wws.k12.in.us 

Please email the following information

• Name (you went by while attending WHS)
• Date of Birth
• Year of Graduation
• Phone number in case we have questions
• A scanned copy of your Photo ID (Drivers License, State ID, School ID or Passport)
• Address where you would like the document sent

 

Federal law allows information to be given to the student only upon reaching the age of 18. The student must submit an email request for it to be processed. We cannot accept requests from friends or relatives. Current students should contact their school for records information.
