Welcome to Westfield

Why Choose Westfield Washington Schools?

We know that choosing the right school for your child is a big decision—and maybe even a little overwhelming. That’s why at Westfield Washington Schools, we’re here to support you every step of the way. Our district is one of the fastest-growing and highest-rated in Indiana, proudly serving over 10,100 Westfield students with a caring team of about 1,600 educators and staff who truly want your child to succeed and thrive.

Rated an “A” district by the Indiana Department of Education, WWS is driven by our mission to ensure high levels of learning and growth for each student. We focus on three essential pillars: academic achievement, career readiness, and student wellness. Guided by our vision that All Rocks are Life Ready, we’re committed to helping every student grow—not just academically, but as whole, confident individuals ready for whatever life brings.

We’re Growing–and Welcoming! To attend Westfield Washington Schools (WWS), you must be a Westfield resident. As one of the fastest-growing communities in the nation, we’re expanding to meet the needs of our growing student population.

In the 2026–2027 school year, we’re excited to open two new elementary schools and a new middle school! With these additions, school boundaries will shift, and we encourage families to explore our School Boundary Map to find your designated school.

While the updated School Boundary Map is not yet available, we plan to release it in late 2025/early 2026 to reflect these exciting changes. In the meantime, families can refer to the current boundary map to find their designated school.

Welcome to the Westfield Washington Elementary FamilyWe know how important it is for your child to feel safe and cared for, especially on those first days when everything feels new. Our six elementary schools (soon to be eight!) focus on creating a welcoming environment where compassion, hard work, responsibility, honesty, and respect come first.

From day one, our dedicated teachers work to spark curiosity and create meaningful and fun learning experiences. We also believe in strong partnerships with families. There are many ways to get involved, from volunteering to attending events, because together, we build a community where every child can succeed.

To keep everyone safe, all visitors—including parents—undergo a background check with SafeVisitor before entering our schools.

Westfield Intermediate School / Westfield Middle School Our Intermediate (grades 5-6) and Middle School (grades 7-8) are places where students can build confidence and find their strengths. We know every child learns differently, so our teams of teachers work closely together to support each student’s growth, safety, and sense of belonging.
Alongside strong academics, there are clubs and programs for almost every interest—choir, band, theater, STEM, robotics, student council, and more—so students can explore and discover new passions.
