Rebecca Ogle, Vice President

Rebecca L Ogle, CPA, CFE, CCIFP, CGMA was elected to the Westfield Washington Board of School Trustees, District 4 in November 2018.

“It is a privilege to give back to the Westfield community by serving on the Board of School Trustees,” Rebecca said. “My passion for supporting the youth of our community, coupled with my accounting and construction background, makes this a natural fit.  My husband and I grew up in Sheridan, settling in Carmel after college; we moved to Westfield in 2002 specifically for the schools.  A strong school district is at the heart of every successful community.  I'm honored to do my part as we continue to build on a strong foundation while our district grows and expands.”

After 22 years in public accounting, a partner for the last nine, specializing in the construction industry and forensic accounting, Rebecca left in 2018 to serve in the private industry as Chief Financial Officer at a long-time client, Safety Management Group, LLC.  She was selected as the top honoree for IBJ's 2021 CFO of the Year for private companies under $100 Million.  Rebecca joined Kort Builders, Inc. in August 2023 and serves as Chief Financial Officer for and supports entrepreneur Bob Kort.

Lacy LEAD program.  In recognition of her contribution and dedication to the CPA profession, she received the “Five Under 35” Award from the Indiana CPA Society in 2006.  Rebecca is a member and past-president of the Construction Financial Management Association of Central Indiana; a member of the Indiana CPA Society, the American Institute of CPAs and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

She is a member of the Westfield Athletic Booster Club. In addition, Rebecca serves on the Road Impact Fee Review Board and the Audit Committee for the City of Westfield.  Rebecca and her husband, Jason, have been married since 1998 and have two sons.  Owen is a 2020 graduate of Westfield, 2024 graduate of Franklin College and is working as a Financial Professional for OneIndiana Financial Group.  Elliott graduated from Westfield High School and J.
