• https://in02206768.schoolwires.net//cms/module/selectsurvey/TakeSurvey.aspx?SurveyIAs part of WWES’s Community Builders program, each grade level chooses a charitable organization or service project as its focus. Community involvement has always been part of the culture of this school. The Community Builders program just takes that to a new level by making our efforts more educational and intentional.

For Year Three of Community Builders, our grade levels looked for projects that wouldn't involve any fund-raising.

In kindergarten, students will turn their interest in pets into support for the Hamilton County Humane Society by bringing in items from the Society's "wish list."
First graders will learn more about hunger issues in our community
Second graders and fourth graders will concentrate on earth-friendly projects around our building and on our site.
Our third graders will be making connections with the retirement community at Sanders Glen.

We believe that living out the Guiding Principles is an essential part of the Washington Woods experience. The Community Builders program helps us put the Principles to work.
