• Yoga Poses  Welcome to Yoga Club!

    Yoga is for all types: athletic to "can't touch my toes".  The sessions accommodate all abilities.

    I'm the club sponsor (Mrs. Messmore) and I lead the practices.  I've been practicing yoga for over 14 years, and although I'm no "master yogi", I enjoy the opportunity to share my practice, and be with people who want to learn all the benefits of yoga!

    Our group meets every Wednesday throughout the school year, 4-5pm

    We meet in the LGI, but often we move locations based on availability; sign up for Remind texts (see below) so that you can stay up to date on location changes. 
    We combine our workouts with our teacher group.  It makes for a nice large group and lots of new friendships! 

    New members are always welcome, even if it is just to try!

    All participants, MUST fill out a consent form, prior to coming to a session.  Just in case!

    Items to bring to a session:
    Comfortable (and fitted) clothing
    Yoga Mat
    Optional: eye pillow (for relaxation)
    Optional: yoga block (for difficult balances)
    Optional: yoga strap (for binds and big "reaches")
